Because of our love of music and guitars we decided to start this website to help people find a specific color guitar which is pink. Personally when I started looking for one myself I only thought there were only 1 or two to choose from. Instead I found after searching the internet to be a very wide assortment and selection of Electric guitars, Bass Guitars and Acoustic Guitars. I think it is awesome that there are so many women and girls who are learning and playing the guitar more then ever. The one thing I love about playing an instrument is the fact that you can do it even when your alone. It offers self entertainment, creativity and enjoyment that everyone can enjoy. It doesn't matter if you are young or old, small or big, thin or fat, the fact is everyone loves to hear a musician play and tends not to judge them by their looks but by how talented they and you are. The first time I picked up my very first Acoustic Instrument I thought I could never play, but I can. With time and an attitude that wants to learn anybody can play. In fact just for giggles, some of the most unintelligent people I have ever met have been some musicians. Now I'm not saying that about all musicians and guitarists. What I'm saying is anybody who truly wants to learn how to play an instrument and practices can learn. No matter how big or small your hands are or your IQ, you can learn how to play. For the most part many people who tend to seem unintelligent are usually people who just are not interested in the subject matter. They have potential but it is a matter of finding something that they can become passionate about. Many children try many different sports and instruments tasting all the different things that the community has to offer them. When they find something they enjoy they usually latch onto it. If you have a child and are considering having them play guitar then talk to them first about it. If they seem interested or excited then I suggest getting them one to start with. Don't buy a very expensive one at first, instead buy them a low to middle grade ranging from $150 to $225. If you spend to much and they lose interest then your out allot of money, if you spend to little and get a guitar that won't stay in tune then they will probably not play it for very long. I know one thing that helps your child out is if you also learn at the same time they do. It is easy to show each other new tricks and keep each other encouraged to play and practice more. When your child first picks up the guitar for the first time be prepared to hear things that don't sound to pleasant to the ears. Get a couple of beginner books and let them have at it. Another suggestion for them and you to learn quicker is to find a local coffee shop that has an Open Mic Night. Usually you will find several young and talented artists willing to show you the new tricks that they have learned. |
